Bay Retreat- A Vacation House

The Leisure House is envisioned as a contemporary retreat for Bay Group, located on a moderate plot in Purbachal New Town. With a clean, modern form crafted from concrete and warm wooden textures, the design seeks to blend seamlessly with nature while maintaining a refined contemporary character.

The house incorporates a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, spacious dining areas, lodging facilities, a rooftop private suite for the Managing Director, and a dedicated playground for recreation. Its spatial arrangement promotes openness, comfort, and leisure, offering smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor zones.

Intended to accommodate company members and their guests, the retreat serves as both a functional residence and a leisure destination—balancing modern living with spaces for relaxation, play, and community.
