ALM Nemesia, A Multi-Family Residential Building

This residential development for Anwar Landmark stands on a 62-decimal (2,510 sqm) plot, with a total built-up area of 4,164.64 sqm. Rising to Basement + 10 stories, the design responds to the demands of modern urban living through efficient space planning, natural light, and ventilation. Conceived in 2021, the architecture blends contemporary aesthetics with functional layouts, ensuring both privacy and community-oriented spaces. The building is envisioned as a refined residential address that reflects promoter’s commitment to quality and thoughtful urban design.
